Client safety, professionalism and respect are our priority. Please take a moment to read our clinic policies before booking your appointment.

Consultation Policy

All treatments are subject to consultation to ensure suitability and safe treatment planning. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the client's best interest.

Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This amount is redeemable against your treatment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of booking fee and require a new fee to rebook.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation if there is insufficient time to safely carry out treatment.

Medical Information

Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies and previous treatments during consultation to ensure treatment safety.

Results & Expectations

All treatments vary from person to person. While we always aim to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice provided to help achieve the best results and reduce risk of complications.

Age Policy

You must be aged 18 or over to receive treatment. Valid photographic ID may be requested.

Respect Policy

ZI Aesthetics has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or future bookings where necessary.
